Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top trade qualified professionals for our Fleet and Procurement function. Your extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices will be invaluable as you partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, guidance, and market intelligence to drive informed recruitment decisions
  • Partner with hiring managers to uncover their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, specifically in blue collar/trade industry or agency focus
  • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 per year
  • An 8 hour shift
  • Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
