Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimising our ATS platform.
  • Headhunting & Outreach: Utilise LinkedIn Projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
  • Industry Engagement: Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Process Improvement: Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have relevant Bachelors Degree or Higher, plus at least 2 years of employment experience OR 5 years of employment experience required.
