Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and driving sales growth through strategic relationships with our ecosystem partners. You will work closely with our field sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to manage opportunities and plan accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and areas of growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of previous selling experience in the IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
