About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Australian Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with Strategic Selling Partners (SPs) while driving growth through strategically managing existing SPs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, as well as experience within e-commerce or Retail fields. They should also possess pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.

This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. You will work closely with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a business plan for Strategic SPs growth on Amazon.
  2. Work closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service and other key internal Amazon stakeholders to drive SP success.
  3. Identify unique selection or seller opportunities that drive growth.
  4. Collaborate with various Amazon teams to implement solutions that benefit both sellers and customers.
