Job Title: Communication Strategy Manager

- **Key Responsibilities:**\
  • Led a team of technical specialists to manage and enhance unified communication services focused on Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams (chat, voice, meetings), OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange, video conferencing and other platforms across a large and diverse organisation.
  • Driven strategic planning and implementation in alignment with NSW Government ICT frameworks and digital transformation priorities.
  • Safeguarded service continuity through robust disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
