**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our Regional Marketing Manager role in the APAC region. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive commercial growth and business impact.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a team of marketers who support our Emergency Care product group, covering eight countries across the APAC region. You will set the strategic vision, drive market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution to deliver commercial performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy, including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Drive commercial performance by owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
  • Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth.
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing management experience and a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact. You should be commercially minded, able to translate strategy into results, and comfortable in ambiguity.
