Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Product Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our business in Asia Pacific, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch products and evaluate their market fit.

You will be responsible for defining the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy, collaborating closely with global product managers to prioritize the needs of our markets. You will also maintain regular communications with key partners across the organization to ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for users, merchant partners, and delivery partners. If you have a strong ownership mindset, excellent analytical and technical ability, and excellent stakeholder/partner management skills, we would like to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Past experience preferably across technology operations, strategy, program or project management
  • Excellent analytical and technical ability with SQL proficiency, Excel / Google suite / data management skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment
  • Excellent Stakeholder/Partner management abilities with varied teams and members across countries & cultures and differing levels of seniority within the organization
