By understanding regional market dynamics and channel requirements, you will manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to retirement while strengthening portfolio awareness and market positioning through strategic initiatives.

This role requires commercial acumen, technical product knowledge, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions that deliver measurable results across growth, margin optimisation, and category performance.

  • Manage assigned categories to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and product availability.
  • Define and monitor category KPIs with stakeholders, covering demand planning, target pricing, and product marketing.
  • Oversee new product introductions and retirements, working with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance brand harmonisation across assigned categories, improving Emotive brand and product portfolio awareness.
  • Provide technical insights on product performance and cost/price analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with category management operations to interpret category data, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience in product or category management, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry.

A proven track record in driving category growth and improving profitability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced organisation.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
