About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team, based in Brisbane. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. You will be a proactive problem-solver, with a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
