About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs;
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Banker with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a banking or financial services environment. Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, communications);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
