Customer Relationship Consultant

Bank of Queensland Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, helping to retain loyal customers by understanding their individual needs and offering tailored solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Be a customer champion: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' financial goals and use your knowledge of ME products to recommend the best solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external, consistently providing exceptional customer service while upholding BOQ Group values in every interaction.
- Contribute to team success: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, meeting productivity targets and ensuring efficient turnaround times.
- Commit to continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with our conversational frameworks, retention strategies, and ongoing business initiatives.
We are looking for a people-focused, career-oriented individual who is passionate about building relationships and exceeding customer expectations. Experience in sales, retention, or customer service is ideal, and a background in financial services is highly regarded.
