About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be based at our office in Brisbane, working closely with regional sales and operations teams to identify opportunities and drive business improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing business development activities for parts and services across the Northern Region.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to grow our market share within the Parts & Service business.
  • Analyzing sales trends and data to inform marketing strategies and deliver local and national growth.
  • Supporting the development and project management of national parts and service business improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to support branch management teams in identifying areas of improvement and growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role or Project Management with a track record of driving business growth.
  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
