About the Role
  • Lead capability development initiatives and design innovative learning solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business performance and growth
  • Work closely with HR, WIB & Enterprise Functions to develop strategic plans and deliver results
Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Leading capability development initiatives
  • Performance consulting, including assessment, analysis, measurement, and evaluation
  • Product ownership for capability initiatives and thought leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or Psychology
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
