Job Description:The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful leadership and business development capabilities across the firm, focusing on capability growth, culture development, and career advancement.
- Develop and execute a strategic learning plan aligned with the firm's purpose, values, and long-term goals
- Lead a team of professionals dedicated to capability development, leadership pathways, and career progression for partners and employees
- Embed a culture of continuous learning and growth through innovative programs, coaching, and development frameworks
- Collaborate with the business to anticipate future needs, deliver capability uplift, and develop core learning programs from entry-level to partner level
- 10+ years' experience in learning and development roles, preferably within a professional services or complex corporate environment
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs
