This is a key role within our organisation, driving business outcomes and maximising workforce performance. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities. This includes identifying performance gaps, creating customised solutions, and measuring their effectiveness.

 

The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and product ownership skills
- Knowledge of learning and development methodologies, adult learning principles, instructional design and product management practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert IV Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Depth of experience in performance consulting, capability development or related fields
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives
