Key Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch service across all aspects of Council's operations
- Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous advice and follow-up
- Promote and uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Be flexible to work across different contact centres
- Collaborate with the Records team for effective correspondence management
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service in varied environments
- Show strong proficiency in CRM systems, Skype for Business, and MS Teams
- Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Show a proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Have a solid understanding of call centre operations and document management
- Show capacity to contribute positively to a team, fostering a supportive work culture
- Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in customer service, particularly within a fast-paced, modern contact centre
