Job Title: Client Service Liaison
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Liaison. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective order management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer goals with business objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in FMCG or Agri business.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
