About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Sydney office. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Partners and legal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the opening and closing of files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Utilize various court filing systems to maintain organized and up-to-date records;
  • Prepare correspondence, contracts, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Manage monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant, to ensure accurate and timely payment;
  • Coordinate diary management, liaise with clients, and perform general administration tasks to support the smooth operation of the office;
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis to help drive business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior professionals within professional services;
  • An excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of organization;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external clients;
  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience.
