About the Role

Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join its finance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, maintaining staff records, coordinating superannuation payments, and performing other tasks related to payroll management.

This role is perfect for someone seeking a balance between work and personal life. The position offers 22.8 hours of work per week, allowing employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition to processing payroll, the successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and reconciling payroll tax, assisting with reporting, and performing other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic payroll systems, preferably HR3, and possess advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ERP systems such as IFS is highly desirable. Australian citizenship is also a requirement.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
