Job DescriptionThis role involves processing high-volume payroll for circa 3500 employees on a fortnightly basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining payroll data in C21, managing superannuation payments, and interpreting relevant legislation to ensure compliance.
In addition to payroll responsibilities, the Compensation Specialist will assist the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc reporting and provide support to the team as needed. This includes processing new starters, termination, and redundancy payments, as well as answering queries related to payroll.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
