About the Role:

As a Remuneration Specialist at Royal Automobile Association of South Australia, you will play a vital role in shaping our Performance & Reward Framework. This framework is a key element of our risk and compliance program, and you will be responsible for designing and implementing reward and benefits programs, conducting annual pay and benefits reviews, and analyzing remuneration data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reward and benefits programs
  • Conduct annual pay and benefits reviews
  • Analyze remuneration data and provide insights
  • Job evaluation and analysis
  • Market analysis
  • Remuneration controls and reporting
About You:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, who can interpret data, trends, and benchmarks. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to make complex information clear and concise for various audiences.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of remuneration and reward frameworks, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
