Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of fortnightly payroll.

About the Role
  • This is a key position that involves processing pay files and managing pay-related processes, including system changes.
  • You will be responsible for addressing complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing are also part of this role.
  • Meeting daily targets and contributing to achieving team goals is essential.
  • You will communicate effectively with internal staff, external agency employees, and clients.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues while working independently and as part of a team is crucial.
Key Requirements
  • A proven track record in payroll experience, preferably with Chris21 knowledge.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
  • You must have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learning capability and adaptability to new systems and processes are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are necessary.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders are crucial.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and research, taking into account the level of responsibility, skills required, and market conditions.
