Senior Manager Job Opportunity

The role requires a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of people strategies that align with business goals.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a cohesive team to deliver best-in-class people solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and implement people strategies
  • Driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance, engagement, and inclusion
  • Leading a national team of People & Development Managers, Consultants, and Coordinators to deliver high-impact people solutions
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, succession planning, and workforce strategy

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a team leadership role
  • Strategic mindset with ability to connect people strategy to business goals
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Collaborative leadership style with passion for developing and empowering others
  • Expertise in managing cyclical people programs such as promotions, performance reviews, and succession planning
