We're seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This trusted business partner will work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Support leadership development, change management, and employee relations efforts
- Analyse data to drive informed decisions and identify trends
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Partner with the broader team on key projects and initiatives

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
