The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior management and employees to develop and implement people strategies that align with business needs and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing organisational capabilities.
- Provide expert advice and support to leaders in developing strategic plans and implementing changes that drive organisational growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints efficiently.
- Coach and develop managers' leadership and people management skills to improve team performance.
- Demonstrated expertise and credibility in HR practices, concepts, trends, and issues within the Australian market.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour laws, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with senior executives as a strategic business partner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global professional services environment.
