Job Overview

The successful candidate will work part-time, 5 days per fortnight, to support our Administration team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and manage front desk reception duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries effectively
  • Provide general support to staff and executives as required
  • Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders, and process invoices accurately
  • Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through our systems
  • Coordinate uniform ordering, consumables, and stationery inventory management
  • Maintain and update databases & systems for seamless operations
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks with high accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV in relevant discipline or minimum 3 years relevant Administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential
  • High attention to detail is mandatory
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines are crucial
  • Self-motivation and initiative are highly valued
  • Able to solve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard is essential
  • Able to identify and resolve potential issues promptly
  • Analytical skills are highly desirable
  • Customer service skills (advanced) are a must
  • EA Experience is an advantage
