We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and manage front desk reception with a professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide general support to staff and executives as needed.
- Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through our systems.
- Manage uniform ordering, consumables, and stationery inventory effectively.
- Maintain and update databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Certification IV in a relevant discipline or minimum 3 years' relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail, good time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative and solves problems efficiently.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, analytical skills, and ability to identify and resolve potential issues.
