Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join our team and drive production excellence.
This role involves meeting production metrics, implementing new products into existing processes, and executing/monitoring standard operations to identify faults.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor performance, safety standards, and procedures for production
- Identify materials required for daily production and ensure their availability
- Maintain time and production records
- Train team members in production requirements and equipment operation
- Ensure team performs production line tasks to quality, quantity, and productivity standards
- Adept lean manufacturing methodologies including process mapping and continuous improvement
- Support product design and redesign for production optimisation
- Develop testing jigs and procedures to train the production team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
- Previous experience leading a team
- Practical engineering experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of digital and analogue circuitry
- Excellent communication skills
