  • High attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to create clear installation guides, care instructions, and product specifications.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience working with suppliers and factories (China).
  • Organisational skills and proactive attitude.
  • Experience writing product manuals, guides, and technical documentation.
