We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production processes and exemplary quality management.
Your Role
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, safety, and quality, aligning with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage variable budgets, focusing on cost-saving measures and capital expenditure optimization.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in safety and quality management.
- Strong commitment to building a high-performance culture and fostering influential relationships across functions.
- Natural Leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize key focus areas and manage diverse workloads.
- Expertise in Quality and Safety Management Systems, with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
