Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Production Manager to lead our end-to-end operations, drive team performance, and implement scalable systems.

The successful candidate will oversee production output from raw material readiness to final goods dispatch, ensuring 95%+ OTIF delivery performance to national retailers. They will also be responsible for planning and implementing templates, trackers, and scheduling tools to improve inventory visibility and batch-level traceability.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, advanced planning and scheduling competency, and the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG production or operational leadership.
  • Proven experience in lifting team performance and overhauling broken processes.
  • Advanced planning, scheduling, and spreadsheet competency.
  • Experience with inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills across functions and with senior leadership.
