As a key leader in our executive management team, you will drive the development, implementation and review of our Production Strategy.
The strategy is produced in line with our corporate vision and values of respect.
The Production Strategy aims to ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
You will be responsible for:
- Working in line with our company values of recognition, easy to do business with, service, positivity, excellence, collaboration, trust
- Profit and loss responsibility for production
- Utilising strategic skills to drive Production Strategy, creating and driving objectives, goals, strategy and measures (strategic plan)
- Building engagement and ownership, maximise engagement levels by inspiring ownership and accountability
- Process excellence, utilising the principles of continuous improvement (CI) to drive production, warehouse and quality efficiencies
- High performance culture, rigorous attention to innovation through participation and feedback
- Oh&s across production locations, ensuring optimal safety levels are achieved and compliance to relevant codes and regulations are achieved
This is an executive management role that requires previous general management/production experience (minimum 5+ years) and high level strategic skills, able to read the macro and micro environments accurately then plan, implement and reviews accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have high level people and communication skills that stimulates engagement and ownership within the organisation, inspirational and motivating leader that challenges status quo and can solve complex issues decisively and strong collaboration skills at all levels of the organisation.
We are looking for someone who can build a high performance culture and drive process excellence, utilising strategic skills to drive production strategy and building engagement and ownership.
This role reports to the executive management team and is responsible for profit and loss performance, process excellence and high performance culture.
Key performance indicators include profit and loss performance, process excellence, high performance culture and building ownership and engagement.
The successful candidate will have broad and overarching knowledge of national standards for disability services and be able to ensure the production teams are appropriately utilising contract labour in line with organisational strategy.
