About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on providing strategic direction, managing production activities, and driving engagement across safety, environment, performance, quality, supply, service, and delivery of finished goods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

You will also be responsible for implementing World Class Manufacturing principles on site and into our day-to-day activities, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
