Job Overview: Operational Excellence Leader

The Operational Excellence Leader is a pivotal role that oversees the end-to-end operational activities, encompassing Supply Chain, Production, Aftermarket, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing workforce across Supply Chain and Production.
  • Manage and continuously enhance Operations functions, including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to customer delivery.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Foster a positive safety culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in operations and/or Supply Chain.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification (desirable).
  • 10+ years of work experience in a multinational organization.
