Job Overview

  • This role is essential within a busy factory environment in Melbourne, assisting the recruitment and onboarding team for new starters through to detailed administrative support across the candidate and client lifecycle – you will be at the heart of the action.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing recruitment support to the onsite team, including handling emails, screening, and booking interviews.
  • Managing various rosters and assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries promptly, adapting to workforce management and payroll systems, and completing daily client KPIs within set timeframes.
  • Building strong professional relationships with client contacts onsite.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
