About the RoleAs a key leader, you will oversee HR operations, business partnering, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. You will also drive workforce capability, manage a high-performing team, and develop tailored training for Adecco and Defence personnel.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director and leadership team on organisational design, workforce strategy, and leadership capability.
- Partner with Heads of Function to align people and culture initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead the People & Culture strategy, ensuring it reflects organisational values, future workforce needs, and enterprise growth objectives.
- Embed behavioural competencies across the employee lifecycle to build a consistent, high-performance culture.
- Oversee all aspects of HR delivery, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, succession, and compliance.
- Drive the Learning & Development agenda and elevate leadership capability across the organisation.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading enterprise programs such as Indigenous participation, gender equity, and veteran employment.
- Use workforce analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.
You will need:
- Proven success managing a HR Business Partner function.
- A strong background in delivering HR services and training in corporate and/or public sector settings.
- Broad expertise across all HR functions.
- Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative approach with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
