Global Technology Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technology operations manager to lead our global team in delivering reliable and scalable services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core infrastructure services, driving standard practices across global sites, and collaborating with vendors to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a strong background in IT service management, governance, and supplier relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading global teams, managing budgets, and delivering concurrent projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of service contracts for IS operational suppliers
  • Establish effective governance and global management of these services
  • Maintain global IS infrastructure services within agreed performance metrics
  • Support regionally located services by applying standard practices
