MRI Services Manager

Our organization is seeking an exceptional MRI Lead Technologist to play a key role in the growth, innovation and clinical excellence of our MRI services. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled technologist to develop and lead a high-performing team.
This pivotal role supports the overall management of MRI operations, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal equipment utilization and high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and assisting in service development and strategic planning.
- Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging with current AHPRA registration.
- 5 years experience as a senior MRI technologist demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MRI techniques, safety protocols and technology.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Postgraduate qualification in MRI or Health Leadership is highly desirable.
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
