Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Advisory team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Partners and offer ad hoc assistance within the wider team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Inbox Management: You will skillfully manage Partner calendars and inboxes, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Travel and Expenses: You will coordinate travel bookings and handle expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Timesheet Submission: You will ensure timely submission of timesheets for the team.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: You will organize and coordinate meetings and events flawlessly.
- Financial Administration: You will provide robust financial administrative support, including processing accounts for payment.
- Tender Preparation: You will assist in preparing tenders, maintaining credentials, and supporting business development efforts.
- Client Onboarding: You will oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and updating the practice management system.
- People Initiatives: You will support team functions, meetings, training sessions, and staff movements.
- Document Management: You will maintain efficient document management practices.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll work closely with our Advisory team, providing essential support to our Partners and offering ad hoc assistance within the wider team. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our team.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role gained within a corporate environment
- Ideally advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Suite (intermediate level acceptable for Excel)
- Uphold a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, maturity, and integrity
- Always approachable with a strong desire to assist and support colleagues
- Proactive and conscientious, with a commitment to excellence in all tasks
- Bring a positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm to the role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for both self and team
- Provide outstanding customer service and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders
