Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Customer Service Representative based in Parramatta.

About the Position:

  • This customer-facing position requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
  • The successful candidate will provide accurate and consistent advice and information as per organisational processes and standards, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To respond to general enquiries related to accounts, billing, and triaging calls to other business areas in a professional and customer service-focused manner.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
