Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Granville, NSW. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling customer complaints, and providing support through various communication channels. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the tyre or automotive industry is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
