Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting a field-based service team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing technical support and product guidance
  • Preparing and following up on quotes and tenders
  • Coordinating with the external team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Building and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring:
  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) customer service or internal sales roles, ideally within a mining, oil & gas, water or heavy industrial industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps and valves is IDEAL
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
