Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • A team player mentality, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to obtain them
