Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain high standards of customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable experiences
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- A team player mentality, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to obtain them
