Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Local Community Insurance Services (LCIS) team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing expert advice and insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to clients.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing clients and ensure that policies are renewed on time.
  • Identify opportunities to provide insurance solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' activities and insurance requirements.
  • Provide guidance on coverage options and policy terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage policy administration, billing, and claims management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar account management role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
  • RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance.
