**About the role**

Reporting to the Director Recruitment Services and being a core part of the HM team, you will be responsible for:

- Generate leads and create a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay abreast of market and industry changes, representing Harrison McMillan at events and within the wider community.
- Providing exceptional recruitment expertise to a variety of stakeholders.
- Work closely with the resourcing team and take a proactive mentoring role.

**About You**
- Strong experience in sales or recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets.
- Proven experience building and running a recruitment desk ideally within white-collar professional recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
- Experience recruiting IT professionals is highly advantageous.
- Ability to engage with C-level and senior executives.
- Driven and competitive person who is consistently striving to accomplish and exceed goals.
- High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality.
- Sound judgment and the ability to articulate client values and requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiating, and influencing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail to help guide your team to deliver successful outcomes.
