We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Inclusion and Belonging team. As Director, Inclusion and Belonging Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, developing and implementing inclusive practices, and building partnerships with stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to the Inclusion and Belonging team, supervising and coaching staff to achieve outcomes.
  • Design, plan, implement, and evaluate workforce programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders across the ACT Government, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for system-wide cultural transformation through the effective delivery of contemporary, evidence-based strategies, programs, products, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and delivering organizational development programs and/or building workforce diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to partner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate challenges and competing priorities.
