Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing warehouse and customer service teams, creating a positive store atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams' knowledge and capability.
  • Store Atmosphere: Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve complaints and queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
