Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Job Description

This is a Permanent, part-time position located in Bundaberg. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be working with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

You will be the face of our organization and will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to build strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with banking and finance industry is an advantage but not essential
