Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an experienced Customer Banking Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for guiding a team of customer-facing professionals, providing daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality service across all touchpoints.

You'll play a key role in resolving complex customer enquiries and complaints, while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will make a real impact on our customers' lives, and we're committed to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals, driving results through effective leadership and communication.
  • Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills and industry expertise.
  • Drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to inspire and develop others. Experience in banking or managing customer-facing teams is highly regarded, but not essential.
