Mainfreight Transport Narangba is seeking a talented Sales Cadet to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Cadet, you will embark on a 12-18 month journey of hands-on learning and development, gaining valuable experience in key transport functions such as depot operations, administration, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Mainfreight's operations and customer needs
  • Assist in sales activities, including prospecting, appointment setting, and customer meetings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is desired but not necessary
  • A strong desire to delight customers and a 'Can Do' attitude
  • Promotable, self-motivated, driven, and a strong desire to develop and succeed
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral skills
  • A curious mind and genuine interest in supply chain and logistics
